A few important details to note:

To get started, please provide the zip code for your current and new service addresses.

The new service address is located within the same TDSP as your current service address. So, you will remain on your existing plan, with the contract end date specified in your EFL.

By completing and submitting this form, I am transferring my energy service agreement with BKV Energy to a new service address within the same TDSP as my current service address. I understand that power at the current address will be disconnected by the specified move out date, and power will be supplied on the move in date at the new service address at the same rate and terms of service as my existing plan. My existing plan Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer documents remain effective. I am at least eighteen years of age and represent that I am the authorized account holder and am legally authorized to contract with retail energy providers for the address listed above.

The new service address is in a different TDSP than your current service address. So, you will remain on your existing plan until you have moved out. We will need to create a new contract for the new address. No need to worry - we offer competitive rates!
