Transfer of Service

Moving addresses? Let us help get you all set up with electricity at your new address! Please fill out and submit this form to initiate a transfer of service.

A few important details to note:

A transfer of service is permitted when the customer is enrolled on an existing BKVE plan and is moving service addresses within the existing TDU service area.
Provided that the above condition is met, the customer’s existing plan rate, Terms of Service, and remaining plan term will remain in place. The customer will not incur an early termination fee as a result of the transfer.
The customer will not incur any fees from BKVE as a result of the transfer, however, TDU connection fees may apply.

To get started, please provide the zip code for your current and new service addresses.

The new service address is located within the same TDSP as your current service address. So, you will remain on your existing plan, with the contract end date specified in your EFL.

The new service address is in a different TDSP than your current service address. So, you will remain on your existing plan until you have moved out. We will need to create a new contract for the new address. No need to worry - we offer competitive rates!
