What is the VoltPoints program?

VoltPoints is a customer reward and loyalty program designed to delight our customers while saying “thank you” for being part of our family. Customers signed up for one of our Bluebonnet plans, or those who are paying for the BKV Energy Plus add-on, are automatically enrolled and can start earning VoltPoints right away. This program is free!

How to receive VoltPoints

Customers can earn VoltPoints in several ways:

Receive 25 points per month, just for remaining a customer with an active BKV Energy Plus status
Play games like “Pick to Win,” a monthly trivia question
Follow BKV Energy on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
Plus, special surprise bonuses throughout the year
