All customers who sign up with BKV Energy are automatically opted into our 30-Day Power Pilot. This means if you happen to decide that you’d rather have another electricity provider power your home, we will not apply an early termination fee if you cancel within the first 30 days of your contract.
If you cancel after the 30-Day Power Pilot period ends, an early termination fee may be applied. Please check your plan’s Electricity Facts Label (EFL) for details.
