Her previous experience at a major retail electricity provider involved significant contributions to financial planning, market analysis, and strategic goal setting, driving substantial business value. 

Education

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an Energy Concentration from The University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business. She further advanced her expertise with an MBA in Finance and Leadership from Lamar University. Crystal thrives on tackling complex problems, constantly seeking innovative solutions to improve processes and automate insightful data analyses. 

When she’s not at work, Crystal enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant outdoor bar scene, playing coed softball, and volunteering or attending charity events supporting Dress For Success Houston. She also loves spending time with her family on the lake and is always up for a spontaneous outdoor adventure with her husband.
