How to Recover Forgotten Login/Username

If you need help remembering a forgotten login, you’re in the right place! But if you need more help, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What if I forgot my account login/username?
1. Visit the Login page
Navigate to the login page on our portal.
2. Click on the “Forgot Username?” link
Look for the “Forgot Username?” link located above the username input.
3. Follow the instructions
- When clicking on the “Forgot Username?” link, you’ll be redirected to the Username recovery form.
- Here, you will need to provide the email address associated with your Username.
- Next, you will receive a temporary Username via email.
- Lastly, you will receive your Username via email. Once you have the Username, you can either login or reset your password if needed.
