Who is eligible for Reduce Your Rate?

The eligibility requirements for the Reduce Your Rate program are:

Must be enrolled in a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan, OR a Daisy, Verbena, or Lantana plan with the BKV Energy Plus monthly add-on
You are eligible to receive Reduce Your Rate opportunities after the first three months of your contract are completed
You must not have a past due balance on your account to be eligible for Reduce Your Rate

What is Reduce Your Rate?

Reduce Your Rate is a program offered to customers enrolled in Bluebonnet plans or Bluebonnet Green plans, or customers subscribed to the BKV Energy Plus add-on. This program monitors changes to electricity prices on the wholesale market. If rates drop below what they were when you originally signed up for your plan, we give you the opportunity to cancel your current contract at no cost and sign a new contract at the lower rate.
