Your Rights as a Customer

At BKV Energy, we have taken great care to provide terms of service that are easy to understand and clearly and explicitly state our commitment to you as your REP. 

Please take a few minutes to acquaint yourself with this important information: 

Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC): This document clearly explains the relevant customer protections you are afforded as mandated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). 

Electricity Facts Label (EFL): This document provides information related to our price, contract terms, renewable energy content, and fees and charges for specific plans. You can use this information to compare the cost of electricity plans. For details, please review your plan’s EFL, which is provided to each customer via email or mail upon signup, depending on your selection. Your EFL can also be found in your account.

Terms of Service

As a BKV Energy customer, we want to make sure that you understand the regulations attached to your service agreement. 

Our Terms of Service Agreement (TOSA) includes important information related to fees, payment options and other provisions pertaining to your relationship with BKV Energy as your retail electric provider (REP).
