August 2025 Reduce Your Rate Offers Extended!

Hundreds of BKV Energy Plus members just got a chance to switch to a cheaper electricity rate

We’re excited to announce that we’ve launched another round of Reduce Your Rate offers for eligible customers on the Bluebonnet plan or who are subscribed to the BKV Energy Plus subscription add-on!

When market prices drop, we pass the savings along—and this round is one of our biggest yet:

Offers Extended: 832
Largest Reduction: 3.7¢ per kWh
Average Reduction: 1.4¢ per kWh

Why now?

Wholesale electricity prices have dipped, and under your Bluebonnet plan or BKV Energy Plus subscription, that means you can lock in a lower rate without switching providers, without paying an early termination fee.

Who’s eligible for Reduce Your Rate offers?

Customers currently enrolled in the Bluebonnet plan or subscribed to BKV Energy Plus are automatically reviewed for Reduce Your Rate eligibility on a monthly basis.

If you received an email or portal notification, you’re eligible now!

This is just one of the ways we put our customers first—rewarding loyalty with real savings.
