BKV Energy Voted Best Midland-Odessa Electricity Provider 2026

BKV Energy is excited to share that we’ve been voted the Best Electricity Provider in the Permian Basin in the 2026 Odessa-American Reader’s Choice awards.

What are the Odessa American Reader’s Choice Best of the Permian Basin awards?

The Odessa American Reader’s Choice Best of the Permian Basin awards give the residents of Midland and Odessa the chance to vote for their favorite businesses in the region.

BKV Energy was voted the number one electricity provider in the area by members of the Permian Basin community.

What makes BKV Energy different from our competition?

At BKV Energy, we work hard to offer our customers transparency, simplicity, and affordability through fixed-rate plans that say “no way” to gimmicks and hidden fees.

Switching to the Bluebonnet plan offers customers even more through several cost-saving rewards and benefits.

Reduce Your Rate: Proactive rate reduction offers in the middle of your contract. We’re the only Texas energy provider that looks to give you a lower rate on a monthly basis.
ElectroShare: Annual loyalty payout tied to your customer tenure. The longer you’ve been with us, the more you get paid.
30-Day Power Pilot: Try us risk-free for 30 days. If you decide to leave within the first 30 days, we will not charge an early termination fee.
VoltPoints: Monthly reward points you can use to win prizes such as gift cards, smart TVs, laptops, and more.
No Renewal Markups: New and existing customers are offered the same rates, always.
