This article covers how to set up Autopay, how to verify you’re enrolled in Autopay, and how to edit your Autopay payment details.
Set Up Autopay
BKV Energy customers can easily enroll in autopay through their accounts. If you need more assistance with autopay, don’t hesitate to contact us.
1. Log in to your account
Enter your username and password to access your account.
Log in to your account using this link.
If you haven’t registered your customer account, please follow these instructions.
2. Navigate to the payment information section
After accessing your account, find the payment information section and select “Edit.”
Next, select the “Add New” option.
3. Enter your payment information
Make sure the button for “Set up Autopay” is selected. After you enter and save your payment information, you are good to go.
Verify Your Autopay Settings
Follow these settings to confirm that you are enrolled in Autopay.
1. Log in to your account
Access the customer portal with this link. Sign in using your username and password.
2. Find the Payment Information section
Under “Payment Type” you will see “Autopay – Credit Card” if you’re already enrolled.
If you are not enrolled in Autopay and would like to be, please refer to the steps at the top of this article.
Update Your Autopay Credit Card
Follow these steps to update your Autopay credit card payment information.
1. Log in to your account
Enter your username and password at this link to access your account.
2. Find the payment information section
Find the payment information section on the home page of the customer portal and select “Edit.”
3. Select “Remove” on your current payment method
After removing your current payment method, the option to “Add New” will appear. Click “Add New” and enter in your new payment details.
4. You’re good to go!
Make sure the “Set Up Autopay” button is selected and save your new information. Now you’re all set.
