How to add BKV Energy to your smartphone home screen

Where to download the BKV Energy mobile app
The BKV Energy mobile app will be available soon on iOS and Android devices, download links for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store coming soon.
Until the app is available, there is a simple way to set up a link to our customer portal website on your smartphone’s home screen that would function just like the other apps on your device.
Add the BKV Energy customer portal website to your iPhone home screen as an “app” icon
- Open the Safari web browser app
- Go to https://bkvenergy.com/account/login
- Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow point up)
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Rename the link “BKV Energy” and tap “Add”
That’s it! Now you have an app icon on your iPhone home screen to easily access the BKV Energy customer portal.
Add the BKV Energy customer portal website to your Android home screen as an “app” icon
- Open the Chrome web browser app
- Go to https://bkvenergy.com/account/login
- Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner
- Tap “Add to Home screen”
- Rename the link “BKV Energy” and click “Add”
- Drag the icon manually where you want it, or tap “Add automatically” to let your phone place it for you
That’s it! Now you have an app icon on your Android home screen to easily access the BKV Energy customer portal.
