What is BKV Energy Plus?
BKV Energy Plus is a premium membership program that gives BKV Energy customers access to exclusive benefits, rewards, and more when they sign up for a Bluebonnet plan, Bluebonnet Green plan, or pay the BKV Energy Plus monthly add-on with a Daisy, Verbena, or Lantana plan.

Is there any cost to join the program?
It’s free! Bluebonnet plan customers have access to BKV Energy Rewards at no additional cost with their plan.
How can I track my points?
You can track your points in the BKV Energy Rewards portal at https://www.bkvenergyrewards.com.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can use points to:

Are there any limitations or expiration dates on points?
Points have no expiration. You can spend them all at once or save them up for a bigger purchase. You lose access to your VoltPoints if you stop service with BKV Energy. Switching to another provider means you will lose access to the rewards platform entirely.
Can points be transferred to other customers, like friends or family members?
Points are not transferable between accounts.
What actions can I take that will earn points?
- Maintain your BKV Energy Plus membership and earn 25 VoltPoints each month
- Participate in games like the monthly trivia question to earn extras

This program does not have an impact on any existing benefits or discounts. It’s another crucial piece of BKV Energy Plus we are providing to enhance your experience!

How do I access my VoltPoints?
It’s easy. After signing up for an eligible BKV Energy plan, you’ll receive a welcome email from BKV Energy Rewards. Just click on that email, or any other BKV Energy Rewards email, and you’ll be automatically logged into your account.
Having trouble finding that email? The subject line is “Your First Reward from BKV Energy”, and it came from “[email protected]”.
You can always head over to the reward program website and log in there, too. Go to bkvenergyrewards.com and click “Use My Rewards” to log in.
Upon your first login, you will be prompted to set up a secure password.
How can I sign up for the rewards program?
You can gain access to VoltPoints by subscribing to BKV Energy Plus. Subscribe to BKV Energy Plus by signing up for a Bluebonnet plan, Bluebonnet Green plan, or pay the BKV Energy Plus monthly add-on with a Daisy, Verbena, or Lantana plan.
When you are eligible, you will receive an email with steps to guide you through setting up a password and logging into your account to start earning points.
Upon first login, you will be prompted to set your own custom secure password, which can be updated whenever you’d like in the “My Account” section of the rewards portal.
Who can I contact for help with the rewards program?
Contact the BKV Energy customer support team via email, text, phone call, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Customers can also get support through the Support link in the footer of the rewards website at https://bkvenergyrewards.com
Is there a mobile app or website for tracking rewards and using points?
There is no mobile app. You can track rewards and use points at https://bkvenergyrewards.com.
How often and when do I get more points?
Points are awarded on the first of every month and upon completion of specific actions, games, and challenges.
Do VoltPoints have cash value?
VoltPoints are not cash, but they are promotional rewards that can be used to enter daily, weekly, and monthly gift card giveaway raffles, or to get exclusive savings and discounts from grocery stores, restaurants, and local and online retailers.
How do I log in to my account?
Visit https://bkvenergyrewards.com to log in.
I forgot my username/password.
Visit https://bkvenergyrewards.com and click Login. Then, select “Help Logging In” from the pop-up window and enter your information to reset your password.
