Here’s how to secure your eligibility for next year’s ElectroShare loyalty payout.

Bluebonnet and Bluebonnet Green plan customers
If you’re enrolled in a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan and you didn’t receive an ElectroShare payout this year, there are a few potential explanations.
- You haven’t been a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan customer for at least six consecutive months yet
- You have an unpaid, late bill balance
To qualify for next year’s ElectroShare payout:
- Stick with your current Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan until next November
- Renew on a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan if your current contract ends
- Accept a Reduce Your Rate offer that keeps you on a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan until the next payout
- Ensure that your electricity bills are paid on time and in full
- Maintain an active account
Daisy, Verbena, Polyedra, and Lantana (and Green variation) plan customers WITHOUT BKV Energy Plus
If you’re enrolled in one of the plans below and you haven’t subscribed to the BKV Energy Plus membership, you are not eligible to receive an ElectroShare payout.
- Daisy or Daisy Green
- Verbena or Verbena Green
- Lantana or Lantana Green
- Polyedra or Polyedra Green
If you’d like to participate and get rewarded next year, you have a few options:
- Contact our customer support team and ask them to assist you in adding the BKV Energy Plus subscription to your account. This must occur at least 6 months before the next ElectroShare payout.
- At your next plan renewal, switch to a Bluebonnet or Bluebonnet Green plan. This must occur at least 6 months before the next ElectroShare payout.
- Ensure that your electricity bills are paid on time and in full
- Maintain an active account
Daisy, Verbena, Polyedra, and Lantana (and Green variation) plan customers WITH BKV Energy Plus
If you’re enrolled in one of the plans below and you have subscribed to the BKV Energy Plus membership…
- Daisy or Daisy Green
- Verbena or Verbena Green
- Lantana or Lantana Green
- Polyedra or Polyedra Green
…and you didn’t receive an ElectroShare payout this year, there are a few potential explanations:
- You haven’t been subscribed to BKV Energy Plus for at least six consecutive months yet
- You have an unpaid, late bill balance
